TECHNOLOGY

designed
for safety

Thanks to the carbon fibre, Multi Zone technology, and the experience of our engineers, tyre warmers deliver the finest possible performance able to guarantee efficient tyre warming and ensure the best start without the risk of cold first laps.

TECHNOLOGY

built
to last

The unique technological elements allow the tyre warmers to be bent without the risk of ruining them, ensuring long-term durability and quality. Carbon fibre, unlike metal cables, does not collapse and is not at risk of breaking even after several hours of use.

TECHNOLOGY

chosen
by champions

Our tyre warmers represent the pinnacle of technological design in our industry and guarantee not only heating of the tread, but rather the complete tyre, rim, and internal air, obtaining the least possible pressure variation, which is precisely why they are chosen by the best riders.

THE HEATING ELEMENT: CARBON FIBRE

Following extensive technical research, right from the outset Thermal Technology chose to use carbon filaments coated in a layer of heat conductive silicone as the heating element, due to their high efficiency and flexibility of use. These advantages are recognised by leading certification bodies and prestigious European universities.

  • extremely fast heat transfer
  • no thermal expansion
  • does not produce electromagnetic fields
  • long-lasting
  • recyclable
  • highly flexible
  • does not oxidise
  • no thermal inertia
  • absorbs all shocks and vibrations
  • stores large quantities of heat
  • effective in all conditions from -40 to +300°C
  • has good flame-retardant properties

MULTI ZONE TECHNOLOGY

For the first time, Thermal Technology has developed a heating system with independent zones to efficiently reach the set temperature evenly and consistently throughout the tyre. In the absence of this technology, the heat would tend to move from the bottom up, generating a difference in temperature between the lower and upper part.

Dual Zone

The Dual Zone technology neutralises the physical limitations of a traditional tyre warmer by dividing the heating circumference into two independent circuits.

TRI ZONE

Tri Zone technology allows independent heating of both the tread and rim, achieving pressure values similar to those used on the track without over-heating the compound.

STRUCTURE AND MATERIALS

highest quality

The top-of-the-line tyre warmers use the highest quality materials, carefully selected thanks to many years of experience and continuous research, with the aim of maximising performance in all possible conditions. The innermost layers are made of fireproof Teflon-coated polyester, with transversally and longitudinally laid carbon filaments coated in heat conductive silicone, followed by the first insulating layer in TNT, the second insulating layer in reflective aluminium, and the third insulating layer to prevent heat loss. Finally, the external part is made of aramid material, resistant to water and oil.

TECHNOLOGY

MONITORING

instant control

In catering to the needs of teams that have already chosen Thermal Technology tyre warmers to improve their racing performance, an integrated monitoring display with specialised electronics was developed to ensure maximum control of the situation and informed decisions at all times. The monitoring display allows an instant snapshot of the tyre warmers, temperatures and pressure values inside the tyre, showing a graph of the temperature and pressure trends, and allowing the data of each individual tyre to be saved. The display is compatible with TPMS LDL, 2D, Mclaren, l2m.
